The Dilwynner is financed by its advertising income, by the civil Dilwyn Parish Council and by other contributions (and in that order of value). It is an independent publication that is printed and delivered free of charge to all parish households with distribution being undertaken by a worthy and much appreciated team of volunteers.

The Dilwynner, in its present form, was created in 1991 and ever since has served our community well, providing interest and information on local amenities and events. Over the years, the team producing it has changed from time to time.
